Mac Jordan

Singer/Songwriter, Synesthete, Storyteller

Mac Jordan is a singer/songwriter from the small mountain town of Monument, Colorado. A proud alumna of the University of Notre Dame, Mac had the opportunity to play in the Band of the Fighting Irish and perform original music at venues from open mic nights to Game Day Pep Rallies! Mac recently completed her Masters degree at Yale, where she was also employed as the percussionist at the University Church.

Mac began writing music at the age of three, when she composed a bedtime prayer that she sang every night. Mac's love of music and songwriting is largely inspired by both her faith and her synesthesia, a phenomenon in which she sees colors when she hears music. These visual cues often guide her musical composition. In addition to writing original music, Mac has served as a drummer, pianist, and guitarist for a myriad of groups and events. In college, Mac competed in Battle of the Bands and performed at multiple school and sporting events with her band, Real Life Irony. In 2016, she even had the opportunity to perform "The Wheel" alongside the music legend, Todd Rundgren.

Mac's musical pursuits are now taking her to Nashville, where she plans to hone her craft and connect with fans like you! Sign up for our mailing list to be the first to know about new music, the latest news, and upcoming events.
